For the brokenhearted…
Many people walking on the street are broken hearted or have been broken hearted.
Being broken hearted doesn’t only refer to when a boyfriend breaks up with the girlfriend or the wife cheats on the husband, heart break is definetely beyond this. Many walk the streets of our roads putting on smiles and radiant faces, some even sport a throaty laugh but they are deep in heartbreaks, dissapointments and confusion.
Life throws certain curves at us that we do not even know where to turn, some have been hurt so deep that their wounds are still bleeding, some have been cheated over and over by people they have put their trust in, and some are simply walking the earth not knowing what to believe anymore.
Due to this pain that many carry around, they have gone ahead to be insolent, uncaring and atimes outright aggressive to others.
Some have pursued a parasitic relationship with drugs, alcohol, premarital and even extra-marital affairs for some. Yet, despite their journey of romance with these vices, the broken hearts stilll refuses to be mended. The hole in the heart seem to only widen and hurt more. What’s to be done?
I know a man, “he is the healer of the brokenhearted. He is the one who bandages their wounds”. He doesn’t judge you, He only wants to help you. “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.”
Jesus so wants to heal your broken heart, all the alcohol, drugs, parties and sexual orgies will do nothing for you except make you feel more depressed and crushed in spirit. You may experience a little high, but be sure that when that high fades off, you are definitely sinking deeper into an abyss of nothingness.
Simply ask for His help today, wherever you are, talk to Him there and see how Jesus is going to help you!
I look forward to hearing from you.
